In the United States, 83% of Generation Y millionaires own cryptocurrencies. Of these, 48% plan to buy more digital assets in 2022, according to CNBC.

Only 6% expect to reduce their cryptocurrency holdings.

53% of the respondents have more than half of their wealth in digital assets, and a third own 75% or more.

Inflation was named the most serious problem by young millionaires — it unsettled 43% of respondents. At the same time, 59% are confident the government will handle it.

CNBC Wealth Editor Robert Frank noted that the affluent perceive the inflation threat somewhat differently from the general public. If ordinary people fear rising prices, the millionaires worry about possible higher interest rates that could affect their investments, he explained.

According to a Grayscale Investments survey, 26% of the total number of investors in the United States already own Bitcoin. More than half invested in the asset over the past year.
