BNB Chain Integrates with Telegram for Seamless Web3 Access

The BNB Chain team has “opened a gateway” with the messaging app Telegram to provide seamless Web3 access for users and developers.

“Telegram is no longer just a communication app. It is transforming into a powerful hub for Web3 interaction thanks to its innovative mini-applications,” the blog states.

Through Telegram Mini Apps, the blockchain aims to attract “the next billion users.”

According to the statement, the integration will allow ordinary market participants to manage BNB coins through Telegram wallets like CodexField Wallet and UXUY Wallet.

“There is no need to switch between multiple applications. These wallets act as a convenient portal to the BNB Chain ecosystem, allowing full asset management directly within the app,” the project team noted.

Developers, in turn, can integrate authentication through Telegram into their applications using the Privy SDK. The advantages of this method include:

• simple registration, which increases the project’s popularity;
• secure login, ensuring the safety of personal data;
• quick integration.

“One of the biggest challenges in Web3, especially for newcomers, is the apparent complexity and steep learning curve. A familiar environment like Telegram offers an unparalleled level of abstraction, reducing the barrier to entry,” BNB Chain emphasized.

Back in September, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, which is behind the blockchain’s development, released its own mini-game on Telegram called Moonbix.
