Changpeng Zhao Advocates for AI and Blockchain Synergy

Former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has called for the development of artificial intelligence products utilizing blockchain technology. He believes both fields complement each other well.

“AI tagging (or AI data in general) is well suited for on-chain work. Use low-cost labor globally without geographic constraints, pay them instantly in cryptocurrency. Greenfield on BNB Chain provides the storage capacity. More tools need to be created. Let’s build them,” he wrote.

Co-founder and CFO of AI-driven trading firm Zignaly, Abdul Rafay Gadit, highlighted that many AI experts are interested in blockchain applications and sought advice on literature regarding the subject.

“This is such a new field that there is not much literature on it. I am trying to learn by interacting with founders and developers in this area,” noted CZ.

Gadit believes that artificial intelligence can extract on-chain data from the blockchain and store it there. Implementing the concept requires a “group of bright minds” from the Web3 sector.

Regarding literature on this topic, a report by Binance Research on AI agents could serve as a starting point, the expert added.

In November, Binance announced the integration of Amazon Web Services’ generative artificial intelligence into its products.
