Three solutions have been added for users:
- CryptoLens — an AI-based tool for comprehensive project analysis. It evaluates community, fundamental indicators, social trends, and tokenomics.
- Tradegpt agent with access to Bybit’s database, providing quick technical analysis and suggesting exchange tools.
- Support service agent — assists in handling user inquiries.
The exchange also employs several internal AI tools:
- AItest is used by the testing team to check the quality of new features;
- AITranslation — a translation tool. As the exchange serves over 160 countries and supports more than 20 languages, every published text requires accurate translation while maintaining the cryptocurrency tone. On average, the exchange completes over 30 translation tasks daily;
- AIWiki — an internal learning system that includes all necessary information for new employees. The agent provides answers to any questions or directs users appropriately;
- OSOP — a platform for managing projects, campaigns, product proposals, countries, and local sites. It is the main system for overseeing all platform operations;
- AILegal — assists the legal team in drafting document templates;
- AIcoding — a new area for writing basic-level code, which is still being explored.
In August 2024, Binance announced its use of AI against fraudsters.
In November, it integrated Amazon Web Services (AWS) generative artificial intelligence into its products.
