Huobi makes buying crypto easier with Visa and Mastercard

Users of the cryptocurrency exchange Huobi now have the ability to purchase digital currencies directly with Visa and Mastercard cards.

According to CoinDesk, citing the platform’s press release, users could previously purchase assets with Mastercard and Visa cards but were redirected to a third-party portal.

\n

Visa cardholders in most European countries and Australia, as well as Mastercard cardholders in the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Australia, will be able to take advantage of the simplified crypto-purchase option.

The service will be provided by Huobi Technology — the Gibraltar-regulated subsidiary of Huobi Global.

\n

Earlier in October Huobi Global added support for the euro, the British pound sterling and the Australian dollar.
