Charlie Sheen, Soulja Boy and other celebrities hail Bitcoin ahead of its birthday

Several celebrities recorded video to mark the approaching anniversary of the Bitcoin white paper’s publication.

The video features actors David Hasselhoff, Charlie Sheen, Hassan Johnson and Carol Baskin, comedians Gilbert Gottfried and Dag Benson, radio host Charlamagne tha God, and rappers RZA and Soulja Boy. The latter had previously dedicated a song to Bitcoin.

The video was released by Halborn, a cybersecurity firm that provides services to blockchain companies.

On 31 October 2008, a person or group using the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto published the Bitcoin white paper.
