Bitcoin breaks through $50,000 as it hits a new high

Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, has again hit a new all-time high, passing the $50,000 mark.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin trades around $50,200.

Earlier, Galaxy Digital founder Mike Novogratz predicted Bitcoin would rise to $100,000.
