
John Lennon’s son adds Bitcoin hashtag to Twitter
Sean Ono Lennon, John Lennon’s younger son and a British rock musician and a member of The Beatles, added a Bitcoin hashtag to his Twitter profile.

The musician joined the ranks of wealthy supporters of the first cryptocurrency, among whom are MicroStrategy head Michael Saylor, SkyBridge Capital’s Anthony Scaramucci, Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego, founder of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk and others.
Lennon also supported the flashmob and added glowing eyes to his Twitter profile photo. In February, Elon Musk, Michael Saylor, CoinShares’ Chief Development Officer Meltem Demirors, Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis, and others did the same.
Bitcoin price on March 10 returned to the $57,000 mark. According to CoinGecko, as of writing, digital gold is trading at $56,900. The asset’s market capitalization stands at $1.061 trillion.
In February, Gene Simmons bought Bitcoin for a seven-figure sum. He also purchased Cardano for $300,000 and invested in Dogecoin and XRP.
