On the OXI Corporation site it says that it offers ‘a service that allows exchanging, storing, managing and accumulating such cryptocurrency as Bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrency serviced by the company’.

In the ‘About the company’ section it is described as ‘an investment corporation comprising a group of promising companies united under the leadership of Gordon Ross to multiply income and growth’.

According to the residents who filed the police complaint, they were unable to withdraw their invested funds and the promised returns, as their deposits were blocked.

At the end of last year, at the request of the Tatarstan prosecutor’s office, a criminal case was opened against the company \”Finiko\”, suspected of organizing a financial pyramid amounting to no less than 80 million rubles.
