David Guetta to sell Miami apartment for 377 BTC

French DJ David Guetta has put a Miami Beach apartment up for sale for $14 million. The property can be paid for in Bitcoin or Ethereum, сообщает Cointelegraph.

The 234-square-metre apartment with three bedrooms and panoramic ocean views is on the 37th floor комплекса кондоминиумов Setai Residences.

The hotel provides 24-hour hotel service and amenities, including three oceanfront pools, a sauna and a spa.

Guetta personally chose cryptocurrency as the payment method. The deal would cost a potential buyer 377 BTC or 5700 ETH at current rates.

The DJ bought the apartment for $9.5 million from New York billionaire Richard LeFrak in 2018 and will net $4.5 million from the sale.

Earlier in May, boutique condo Arte Surfside opened продажу апартаментов в Майами за биткоин и Ethereum. The first four-bedroom penthouse was sold for $22.5 million in cryptocurrency.
