Pokras Lampas sold an NFT on Binance’s marketplace for 2.5 million rubles
Russian artist Arseniy Pyzhenkov, known by the pseudonym Pokras Lampas, sold on the Binance NFT marketplace his work as a non-fungible token. He announced in his Instagram account.
The buyer paid for the tenth point of the calligra-futurism manifesto 80 Binance Coin (BNB), which at the time of writing amounted to almost 2.5 million rubles.
According to Lampas, this was the most expensive of his works.
“And that’s not all — the total sales from the ten items amounted to more than 10.5 million rubles (342 BNB or $145,000 at the time of writing, equivalent to about $144,300). This is my absolute record—and a great honour,” Lampas wrote.
The artist created ten works, splitting his calligra-futurism manifesto into parts, specifically for the Binance NFT marketplace.
Earlier in March, Pokras Lampas sold a photograph of the Chirkey Hydroelectric Power Plant as a non-fungible token for 16 ETH.
