Bitfinex resumes trading after outage
The cryptocurrency platform Bitfinex temporarily halted trading due to issues. Details were not provided.

Bitfinex representatives said the platform resumed operation in ‘read-only’ mode at 12:55 UTC. Beginning at 13:00 UTC, users could cancel orders. Trading would resume at 13:05 UTC.
On the exchange status page, work to fix the outage is underway. The message appeared at 07:43 UTC.
In July a similar situation was observed. On that day, users resumed operations 1 hour and 45 minutes after trading was halted.
