Jake Chervinsky Announces Departure from Compound Labs
On October 1, Jake Chervinsky announced that he had left the post of chief legal officer at Compound Labs, a role he had held for two and a half years.
1/ Some personal news: after 2.5 amazing years, yesterday was my last day at @compoundfinance ❤️
It’s been a genuine honor helping @rleshner, @justHGH, & the Compound Labs team build the future of finance 🤖
I’m taking October off, then starting a new challenge (stay tuned) 🧵

«Было увлекательно видеть, как сообщество берет на себя децентрализованное управление, и было приятно создать новый финансовый продукт на рельсах DeFi», — написал Червински.
По его словам, решение об уходе он принял «четыре недели назад и провел сентябрь, завершая работу».
6/ I’ll have news to share with everyone soon, but first I need a break.
I’ve been working crypto hours for too long, so I’m taking all of October off 🛌💤
Then I’ll be back to take on a new challenge, & let me say I am extremely fired up for it 🔥
Talk to you soon! 👋

«Скоро у меня будут новости, которыми я смогу поделиться со всеми, но сначала мне нужен перерыв», — добавил он.
As reported in late September, the lending protocol Compoundreported an error in the distribution of the governance token COMP. According to the project’s founder Robert Leshner, in the worst case the damage could exceed $82 million.
