Ethereum price hits a new all-time high above $4600

On Wednesday, November 3, the price of the second-largest cryptocurrency reached $4,639, setting a new all-time high.

As of writing, Ethereum was trading at around $4,560. The asset’s market capitalization reached $537 billion, according to CoinGecko.

On November 2, the price tested the $4500 level shortly after an announcement by CME about the launch of micro-futures on the basis of the second-largest cryptocurrency.

Earlier in October, Ethereum outpaced Bitcoin in price growth with a figure of 42.9% versus 39.9% respectively.

Earlier, Goldman Sachs envisaged the price could reach $8000 by the end of 2021.
