Johnny Depp puts his paintings up for sale as NFTs

Johnny Depp unveiled the NFT collection Never Fear the Truth. The tokens are digital portraits of the actor’s friends and the people who inspire him.

The collection comprises 11,111 NFTs, but Depp has put only 10,000 tokens up for sale. The remaining tokens will be distributed among the project team, fans and non-profit organisations. A quarter of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

\n\n\n\n

The NFTs are issued on the Ethereum blockchain. Depp’s works can be purchased on the project’s official сайте. Purchases are available to users who win the lottery.  

\n\n\n\n

Secondary sale of the NFTs will open on the Rarible marketplace. In the future, token holders will have the right to purchase physical copies of the paintings.

On January 17, on the Secret Network started the first phase of the sale of Quentin Tarantino NFTs from the collection inspired by the film ‘Pulp Fiction’.

On January 24, one of the tokens in this collection — Royale with Cheese — sold for $1.1 million.
