AWS posts a vacancy for a Web3 specialist

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform has opened the position of ‘Senior GTM, Web3′. говорится on the LinkedIn page.

The successful candidate will work in a team responsible for expanding the adoption of Web3 workloads on AWS. The role entails engaging with startups and large enterprises, developing platform services and expanding product groups.

In 2021 AWS opened the vacancy for the head of the blockchain products division, with experience in decentralized finance. Later the company Amazon began the search for a product lead in the digital currencies and blockchain space.

In January 2023, the media reported plans by the tech giant to launch a Web3 initiative related to non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Prior to this, Amazon chief Andy Jassy allowed NFT sales on the corporation’s platform in the future. He also stressed that he expects “significant growth” in the sector.

In November 2022, the NYT wrote about the company to cut a record 10,000 employees in its history.
