According to Salesforce data, respondents became less inclined to use AI over the year. In 2022, more than 80% of business buyers and 65% of consumers were willing to use the technology to improve service quality — now both figures have fallen to 73% and 51%, respectively.

A separate Roy Morgan poll of nearly 1,500 Australians found that about 60% are confident that AI “creates more problems than it solves”.
