The Aptos Foundation has proposed deploying the third version of the Aave lending protocol on the Aptos blockchain, which utilizes parallelization technology.

The proposal is currently in the “temperature check” phase, which involves gathering feedback from the community. After discussions, it will be put to a vote.
If approved, the proposal will be formalized in an Aave Request for Comments (ARC), which entails further discussion of asset parameters and implementation features. This will be followed by the creation of a corresponding AIP, a period of testing and auditing, and then the deployment of the technology.
Aave Labs has already developed the integration code and activated it in the test network.
If the community approves the initiative, it will mark the first deployment of the Aave platform on a blockchain that does not use the EVM.
The leading lending platform by TVL supports networks such as Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Fantom, Harmony, Optimism, Polygon, Metis, Gnosis, BNB Chain, and Scroll.
Back in March, Aave Labs unveiled the roadmap for the fourth version of the protocol.
