Aavegotchi to Launch L3 Solution Using Base

Developers of the GameFi project Aavegotchi have announced the launch of an L3 rollup named Gotchichain, focused on blockchain gaming, in the second quarter. The solution will use Base for settlements.

Gotchichain is based on Polygon Supernets, which allows for the launch of custom appchains. The team may consider using the mentioned CDK and OP Stack for further expansion and scaling of the ecosystem.

The L3-Rollup will keep player profiles, gameplay, and assets on-chain and secure, the developers promised.

The infrastructure of Base and Gotchichain will form the foundation for the Gaming Console.

“The Gaming Console will offer open-source online games […]. We are excited to provide users with a powerful experience based on fast and scalable L2 technology,” said the CEO of the project’s backing company Pixelcraft Studios, known by the pseudonym Coderdan.

Earlier, the team behind the infrastructure protocol Conduit unveiled an L3 rollup constructor. It offers the ability to combine the technology stack of leading Ethereum scaling segment leaders and launch a protocol in just 15 minutes for $50 in testnet or $3000 in the main network.

Previously, developers of Celestia and the second-layer solution StarkNet agreed to collaborate to enhance data availability in the Ethereum ecosystem for L3 networks.
