The Ethereum-based L2 platform Abstract has encountered a leakage of funds from user wallets. A company representative, known by the pseudonym 0xBeans, announced an investigation into the incident.

According to him, the problem is linked to the blockchain game application Cardex, rather than the Abstract Global Wallet (AGW).
Users have appealed to the official Abstract channel on Discord, requesting the return of their funds. Similar concerns were raised in the Cardex Telegram channel, accusing the project of a rug pull scheme.
Abstract representatives have yet to confirm the extent of the leaks. Updates on the situation are promised as new information becomes available.
Back on February 12, the zkLend protocol lost approximately 3666 ETH due to a hack. Project representatives offered the hacker the opportunity to voluntarily return 90% of the stolen funds, allowing them to keep 10% as a reward.
