Adobe Integrates Photoshop and Acrobat into ChatGPT
Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Acrobat, and Express, are now in ChatGPT.
Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Acrobat, and Express, have been integrated into ChatGPT. Users can now design and edit images and PDF files directly within the chatbot interface.

The tools are free to use. To activate them, simply upload a file and mention the service name in the prompt — for example: “Adobe Photoshop, help blur the background in this image.” There is no need to repeat the application name in further dialogue.
Adobe services can offer ready-made processing options or an interface for manual adjustments, including sliders for brightness and contrast.
The functionality within ChatGPT is limited compared to the full software. Available features include:
- Photoshop: editing specific areas, applying effects, adjusting exposure, and color correction;
- Acrobat: file editing, compression, converting documents to PDF, extracting text and tables;
- Adobe Express: creating and editing designs for social media, posters, or invitations.
Basic changes are made directly in the chatbot interface. For more professional tools, users must switch to native applications, continuing from the same point.
The integration is available for PC and iOS users. Adobe Express also works on Android, with support for Photoshop and Acrobat on Google’s OS to follow later.
In October, OpenAI introduced the ability to create applications within ChatGPT. This allows users to interact directly with services like Booking․com, Expedia, Spotify, Figma, Coursera, Zillow, Canva, and others.
Figma
The graphic editor Figma has unveiled new AI-based features. These tools allow users to highlight and remove objects, as well as enlarge images.

The company stated that these solutions will eliminate the need for users to export images to other editing tools.
When selecting an object for removal or relocation, it retains its characteristics such as color and background. Additional settings for lighting, shadows, and focus are available.
The company has added an image expansion feature, useful for filling in backgrounds or other details.
Figma has consolidated all editing tools into a single panel, simplifying access to object selection, annotation, and text work. The background removal option, being one of the most in-demand, has been given a priority position in the interface.
ChatGPT in Service
The use of neural networks continues to expand: officers at the Goodyear Police Department (a suburb of Phoenix) have begun using ChatGPT to create suspect sketches.

“We hope new methods and AI technologies will help solve more complex cases here in Arizona and across the country in the future,” the police department wrote.
Law enforcement asserts that the created image is not an AI invention but a digital equivalent of a classic sketch. They interviewed a witness, drew a sketch, and entered a prompt into ChatGPT.
“We live in a time when most people won’t pay attention to a published pencil drawing,” noted Mike Bonasera, who created the work.
He has been sketching suspects for about five years.
Notably, AI-generated images have not led to any arrests.
OpenAI Revenues
Alongside product development, OpenAI has strengthened its focus on monetization. Denise Dresser, formerly of Slack, has been appointed as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Before Slack, Dresser spent over a decade at Salesforce, where she built and led international sales structures, managing relationships with the company’s largest clients.
“I have dedicated my career to developing category-defining platforms and look forward to applying my experience at OpenAI as it enters the next phase of enterprise transformation,” Dresser commented.
Back in November, a document leak shed light on OpenAI’s financial situation — it may still be spending more on inference than it earns.
