
AI platform AlphaSense raises $150m in Series E at a $2.5 billion valuation
AlphaSense, a market intelligence platform closed a $150 million Series E financing round. The company’s valuation rose from $1.7 billion to $2.5 billion.

The round, led by BOND, was backed by existing investors, including Alphabet CapitalG, Viking Global Investors and Goldman Sachs.
The team will channel the fresh funding into expanding AlphaSense’s enterprise solution and other products. According to the platform’s founder, Jack Kokko, the latest round will help the company stay at the forefront of the generative AI space for the B2B sector.
AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform for professionals that uses artificial intelligence to gather publicly available information. The headquarters are in New York, and as of writing the company employs more than 1,000 people across offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Finland, Germany, India and Singapore.
Earlier it was reported that OpenAI is in talks with investors about a possible sale of shares and a valuation increase to $80-90 billion. This would make it one of the world’s most valuable private companies.
In September, Amazon announced strategic investments up to $4 billion in the startup Anthropic.
