Aksenov Family Foundation to Exhibit NFT Works by Leading Russian Artists
From February 10 to March 7, the Aksenov Family Foundation will hold an NFT exhibition of works by leading contemporary Russian artists. The exhibition will open in the online gallery a\\terHEN on the Tezos blockchain, the organizers said.
Around 40 of their works will be presented by artists: Tanya Akhmetgalieva, Lisa Bobkova, Alina Glazun, Dmitry Gutov, Alexander Kosolapov, Dmitry Kavka, Lisa Kulagina, Albina Mokhryakova, Uliana Podkorytova and Anastasia Samoylova.
“Our project is a step toward transforming the role of culture and technology in modern society. With the advent of non-fungible tokens, the number of collectors of quality digital art has grown significantly — both due to the genius of the artists and due to affordable prices,” said founder of the Aksenov Family Foundation Dmitry Aksenov.
Registration for the event is available via the link. Also on February 25 there will be a panel discussion on the significance of NFTs for collectors of contemporary art.
The Aksenov Family Foundation, established by Dmitry Aksenov, supports cultural and educational programs in Russia and abroad.
Earlier on February 1, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Estonian startup StampsDaq, launched NFT auctions of paintings.
