По словам the founder Victor Zhang said that the funding was secured through a combination of angel and seed rounds via a simple agreement for future tokens (SAFT).

There was no lead investor in the round, but Crypto.com Capital, Framework Ventures, Mechanism Capital, LongHash Ventures, and billionaire Mark Cuban were among the notable participants.

The raised capital will be used to expand the team from 13 to about 20 and to roll out new TokenScript-based products. TokenScript aims to improve the functionality and usability of tokens.

“I’m excited about the possibilities of TokenScript. So much can and should happen in the user’s wallet, and the solution will pave the way,” said Mark Cuban.

According to the statement, AlchemyNFT enables celebrity digital signatures on NFTs, which enhance asset value.

Earlier, Cuban invested in Sky Mavis, the studio behind the NFT game Axie Infinity, in a $7.5 million round.
