Alipay+ launches cross-border mobile payments in Latin America.
Chinese payment giant Alipay+, in partnership with fintech company PVS, has launched cross-border mobile payments in Latin America. Initially, the service is operational in Chile and Argentina, with plans to expand to other markets in the region.
