Andrew Tate Criticizes Cryptocurrency Culture

Online blogger and former professional kickboxer Andrew Tate has expressed his intention to “fix” the cryptocurrency industry.

In an interview with Michael Jerome, creator of the decentralized media platform Rug Radio, he remarked that the culture surrounding digital assets, which he referred to as “degenerates,” is “infantile and foolish.”

Tate also criticized the crypto community for its focus solely on quick and easy profits.

“I didn’t like the crypto culture as a whole because it’s based on getting in early, which I suppose can be considered a skill, but to some extent, it’s luck. In the real world, if you want to get rich, it’s almost impossible to do so without learning lessons along the way,” he said.

According to Tate, he has a plan that will allow the industry to regain legitimacy and achieve significant benefits.

“One day I decided I was going to fix this. I realized I had to come up with an idea that would allow people to make money the way they should. And that is, first and foremost, through hard work and dedication,” the influencer stated.

He admitted that before doing anything in the crypto space, it was important for him to prove he is a “king” in the industry. Less than a month ago, Tate began promoting the meme token DADDY on Solana. The coin’s value quickly soared despite accusations of insider trading, and its market capitalization surpassed that of MOTHER by singer Iggy Azalea.

“I’m not altruistic. I’m not doing this because I’m just a nice guy. I want to be right, to prove that I can do it,” he said.

During the conversation, Tate emphasized the value of using profits to create successful businesses that hire workers and grow, unlike the cryptocurrency industry.

“If you’ve made a couple of million dollars in cryptocurrency, you haven’t helped anyone, you haven’t fed anyone, you haven’t done anything good for anyone at all — you’ve just taken liquidity from a bunch of people, that’s all,” he believes.

Back in May, Tate announced his intention to completely abandon fiat and invest over $100 million in Bitcoin.
