In February, Argo Blockchain’s revenue amounted to $3.76 million, according to a пресс-релизе.
The company mined 162 BTC, up 7% from January’s figure. The hashrate remained at 2.5 EH/s.
“I am proud of the team that has increased the average daily mining output, despite the rise in network difficulty in February,” said Seif El-Bakli, the company’s CEO.
Excluding last month’s mined BTC, Argo Blockchain holds 101 BTC.
Following the report’s release, the company’s shares rose by 2.45%, to trade at $1.67.
Earlier, miner Marathon Digital reported the sale of 650 BTC to cover part of its expenses. Meanwhile, in February the firm mined 683 BTC, and its hashrate rose to 9.5 EH/s.
According to ForkLog’s analytical report, last month the aggregate revenue of mining companies amounted to $627.4 million. The figure rose by 4% compared with January data.
In early March, Riot miner reported revenue of $259.2 million for 2022. In total, the company mined 5,554 BTC.
