B2Broker becomes a resident of Belarus’s Hi-Tech Park

A provider of liquidity and technology for cryptocurrency and forex markets B2Broker has become a resident of Belarus’s Hi-Tech Park. This was announced on the site of the company.

Belarus’s Hi-Tech Park (HTP) is a special economic zone with a favorable tax and legal regime for IT companies. HTP began operating in 2005, and in 2018 Belarus enacted the Decree “On the Development of the Digital Economy”. The document codified mining, tokens and crypto exchanges into the country’s legal framework.

Becoming an HTP resident allows Belarusian clients to consult with B2Broker for integrating the company’s fintech solutions into their business

Becoming an HTP resident is part of B2Broker’s strategy to enter the Belarusian market:

“The appearance of B2Broker in the Hi-Tech Park marks another step toward customers in the Republic of Belarus after obtaining a prime-broker license. We expect to attract new users and provide them with all our products,” say the company representatives.

In January 2020, the B2Prime project, part of the B2Broker group, received accreditation to operate in the Forex and CFD-trading sector from the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. In May of the same year B2Broker provided Belarusian brokers and exchanges with access to the OneZero trading platform.

Earlier, B2Broker updated its branding and moved the site to the domain b2broker.com.
