B2C2 acquires Woorton, a French market maker, as it expands across Europe

The crypto OTC-platform B2C2 приобрела the French market maker Woorton for an undisclosed sum as part of its expansion into the European market.

«Woorton is an innovative and forward-looking firm that fits well with B2C2 and shares our values, risk frameworks and operating practices. Like us, the team has experience with TradFi, but with the same focus on cryptocurrencies and digital assets,» said Thomas Restaut, head of the EMEA region at B2C2.

Woorton is a licensed cryptocurrency services provider in France. Founded in 2017, the platform serves 250 clients and provides around-the-clock liquidity.

In November 2022, Nikola White became the new chief executive of B2C2.
