Belarusian government websites go offline after Anonymous hack

The hacker group Anonymous reported disruptions to several Belarusian government websites.

The hackers said that the websites of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Education, the National Centre for Legal Information, and the Ministry of Justice of Belarus were offline.

\n\n\n\n

As of this writing, none of the mentioned sites were loading.

\n\n\n\n

Anonymous described the attack as the Belarusian government’s involvement in the invasion of Ukraine. 

\n\n\n\n

Earlier, the hackers breached Russian channels and broadcast footage of the war in Ukraine, reportedly claiming the hacking of Sberbank and gaining access to the data of the Russian authorities.
