On March 5, Binance announced a trading competition for Russian-speaking traders. It is dedicated to the upcoming launch of the Symbol blockchain and the XYM token from the NEM project. ForkLog was told by exchange representatives.
The contest will end on March 12 at 23:59 (MSK). Winners will share a prize pool of $13 000 in BUSD.

Registration — via the Google Form.
To determine the winners, Binance will sum the trading volume of participants on the spot and margin markets in the following pairs:
The contest consists of three promotions with different conditions for receiving rewards.
Promo A. Participants with the highest trading volume during the contest period will receive prizes:
- 1st place — 2000 BUSD;
- 2nd place — 1000 BUSD;
- 3rd place — 700 BUSD;
- 4th place — 350 BUSD;
- 5th place — 200 BUSD;
- 6th to 10th places — 150 BUSD each.
Promo B. Binance will divide 5000 BUSD among participants who achieve more than $1000 trading volume during the contest.
Promo C. Binance will daily give 53 BUSD to seven random participants who on that day achieve more than $500 trading volume.
A participant will not receive rewards in Promotions B and C if they finish in the top positions of Promo A.
As previously reported, Binance invested in the cryptocurrency hedge fund Multicoin Capital.
