The cryptocurrency exchange Binance Kazakhstan has received approval from the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) to list 30 new tokens. The decision took effect on December 12, ForkLog said.
Spot trading is open for the following coins:
- Quant (QNT);
- Scallop (SCLP);
- Skale (SKL);
- Yearn.finance (YFI);
- Arbitrum (ARB);
- Compound (COMP);
- Multiverse X (EGLD);
- Conflux (CFX);
- Enjin Coin (ENJ);
- Decentraland (Mana);
- Internet Computer protocol (ICP) and others.
The total number of assets available for spot trading on Binance Kazakhstan stands at 92 tokens. By the end of the year the exchange plans to increase this number to 100 cryptocurrencies.
In November, Binance Kazakhstan, with the participation of the National Bank and the National Payment Corporation, issued a stablecoin, backed by the digital tenge.
The issuance was conducted as part of testing the interoperability of blockchain technology CBDC with the BNB Smart Chain network.
