Binance to delist ruble pairs with major cryptocurrencies

On November 20 at 06:00 MSK, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance удалит ruble pairs with the largest cryptocurrencies.

The following spot pairs are slated for delisting:

• ADA/RUB;
• ALGO/RUB;
• ARB/RUB;
• ARKM/RUB;
• ARPA/RUB;
• BNB/RUB;
• BUSD/RUB;
• DOT/RUB;
• ETH/RUB;
• LTC/RUB;
• MATIC/RUB;
• NEAR/RUB;
• SOL/RUB;
• WLD/RUB;
• XRP/RUB.

Delisting of the spot trading pair will not affect the availability of the tokens themselves on the exchange.

Measures were taken in connection with Binance’s exit from Russia and sale of the local business of CommEX.

Earlier reports indicated that the exchange planned to cease its partnership with the Advcash payment system. According to some reports, the reason is that through this gateway clients transferred funds from sanctioned banks in Russia.

As of 15 November, Binance stopped accepting deposits in Russian rubles.

Withdrawals will continue until 31 January 2024. Users with fiat balances in rubles can transfer funds to CommEX for free.

Meanwhile, on 9 November CommEX added a ruble funding and withdrawal channel for the exchange’s wallet and opened trading for the USDT/RUB pair on the spot market.
