Binance to join digital lend-lease for Ukraine
The cryptocurrency exchange Binance will join the global digital lend-lease for Ukraine – Digital4Freedom. This стало известно at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Switzerland.
The initiative will facilitate Ukraine’s further digitalisation on a global scale.
ForkLog asked the Ministry of Digital Transformation for comment.
As part of the digital lend-lease, Binance plans to become a partner to the Ministry of Digital Transformation on all educational projects in IT, Web3 and finance, said in a ForkLog interview the exchange’s general manager in Ukraine, Kirill Khomyakov.
“This partnership will primarily contribute to the stable development of Ukraine’s digital economy. Together with the ministry, Binance will develop, provide financial support and launch all these projects,” he said.
Earlier the exchange announced educational project IT Generation for Ukrainians, to which it will allocate $1 million.
Earlier in June, Ukraine received observer status within the European Blockchain Partnership. The country’s representative was Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for IT Development Alexander Bornyakov.
