Binance Wallet Introduces Support Program for Crypto Project Token Launches

The cryptocurrency exchange Binance has unveiled a program enabling projects to “fairly” launch tokens via the non-custodial Binance Wallet.

Applications are now open for the Binance Wallet Exclusive TGE initiative. Preference will be given to projects that demonstrate:

• a product with proven market demand;
• an active community;
• a strong founding team;
• a robust value accrual system and tokenomics;
• integration into the Binance and BNB Chain ecosystems;
• a low or medium early-stage valuation with growth potential.

Once launched, tokens will be supported by the Binance Alpha platform, which acts as a pre-listing pool for the exchange. Projects will also gain access to liquidity through Binance Wallet.

Among other advantages of launching a token via Binance Wallet Exclusive TGE, the exchange team highlighted access to the wallet’s extensive existing user base and the opportunity for “fair” coin distribution.

Back in February, Binance co-founder and former CEO Changpeng Zhao criticized the exchange’s approach to asset listings.
