In July, the Nasdaq-listed mining company Bit Digital mined 142.5 BTC, up 111% from the previous month. This is stated in the пресс-релизе.
Bit Digital’s reserves stood at 889.1 BTC ($21.3 million) and 2,176.9 ETH ($3.9 million).
As of 31 July, the company owned 38,135 Bitcoin miners and 731 Ethereum mining devices, with maximum hash rates of 2.7 EH/s and 0.3 TH/s, respectively.
Earlier Bit Digital reported that some machines were taken offline due to an incident at a Niagara Falls, New York substation.
In July, the total revenue of Bitcoin miners fell by 9% to $609.7 million.
In the same month, competitors Argo Blockchain and Hut 8 managed to mine 219 BTC and 330 BTC respectively.
In August, following another adjustment, the mining difficulty for Bitcoin rose by 1.74% to 28.17 T.
