Bitcoin price breaks through the $51,000 level

On February 17, the price of the first cryptocurrency surpassed $51,000, hitting a new all-time high.

The psychological level of $50,000 for digital gold was breached on Tuesday, February 16.

Earlier, Galaxy Digital founder Mike Novogratz said that American companies would follow Elon Musk’s Tesla example and begin investing in Bitcoin. In his view, this would lead to an increase in the asset’s price to $100,000.

The sister of the self-proclaimed Bitcoin creator Craig Wright predicted a rise in the price of the first cryptocurrency to $142,000. Lisa Edwards offered her forecast based on Elliott Wave Theory.
