Bitget launches euro-denominated institutional fiat gateways

The Bitget cryptocurrency exchange announced the launch of an euro-denominated fiat gateway for institutional accounts. The news is reported on the blog of the trading platform.

Among the features of Bitget’s fiat gateway:

“Our new fiat gateway is specifically designed to meet the needs of institutional investors in Europe. Bitget aims to provide a full range of services that allow corporate clients from around the world to enter and participate in the cryptocurrency ecosystem without any issues,” said Gracie Chen, the managing director of Bitget.

Earlier Bitget entered into a partnership with Copper for OTC settlements and Cobo SuperLoop for institutional custody of digital assets, and also integrated CCData to provide corporate-level data on digital assets.

Bitget — founded in 2018, is a cryptocurrency trading platform. The exchange specialises in cryptocurrency trading and serves more than two million users in 100 countries. Its services include spot and futures trading, margin lending, and an NFT marketplace.

Earlier Bitget announced the launch of a dollar-denominated Visa credit card, which will be accepted in 180 countries.
