Bitmain has officially released a new liquid-cooled miner model. The Antminer S19 XP Hyd delivers a hashrate of 255 TH/s.

The device consumes 5304 W with an energy efficiency of 20.8 J/TH.
The manufacturer also unveiled a container housing 210 hydro-cooled miners. The Antspace HK3 solution enables year-round operation of the equipment, the company noted.

In November 2021, Bitmain first demonstrated the Antminer S19 XP based on 5-nm chips.
In the company’s previous flagship—the S19 Pro—chips built on 7-nm technology are used. The most powerful modification of the device, due to liquid cooling, provides a hashrate of 198 TH/s, consumes 5445 W with an energy efficiency of 27.5 J/TH.
In February 2022, the American corporation Intel demonstrated the Bonanza Mine chip for bitcoin mining and a prototype device based on it. The miner’s characteristics differed significantly from leading rigs from Bitmain and MicroBT.
However, in the documents one of Intel’s early mining clients, GRIID Infrastructure, journalists found characteristics that differed from those previously claimed. According to an SEC filing, the company intends to obtain from the American chipmaker air-cooled devices with a hashrate of 135 TH/s and energy efficiency of 26 J/TH. The figures are comparable to the Antminer S19 Pro.
