Blum Celebrates Anniversary with Triple Triumph at Blockchain Forum 2025

The Blum app marked its first anniversary at the Blockchain Forum 2025, where the team secured three awards, according to a report provided to ForkLog from the event.

The project won in the categories of “Best GameFi App on Telegram” and “Best Trading App on Telegram.” The project’s co-founder and CMO, Vladimir Smerkis, was recognized as the Web3 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Blum was launched a year ago by former Binance executives Gleb Kostarev and Smerkis. According to the report, the project has since become one of the largest platforms in Web3.

“We could never have imagined that over 93 million users would join the Blum community to build a super app in the cryptocurrency space. These awards are the achievement of everyone who created tokens, launched streams, traded on Memepad, or used our bots on Solana and TON,” said Smerkis.

Over the year, the platform launched 350,000 coins and conducted 8,250 streams. Additionally, 39.5 million unique wallets have been connected to the app.

The team’s plans include:

• developing AI tools for token launches;
• creating meme coins with AI agents;
• a trading arena;
• self-learning trading strategies;
• perpetual futures contracts;
• a professional trading terminal with multi-chain support.

The Blockchain Forum 2025 took place on April 23-24, gathering over 15,000 participants from 130 countries.

In February, the Blum team announced raising $5 million during pre-seed and seed investment rounds.

In April, the app’s developers published the terms of the token sale and updated the roadmap for the second and third quarters of 2025.
