One unit of the treat costs 3 DOGE (~$0.61 at the time of writing). The cookies are also sold in Brazilian reais, and their name nods to the chain’s most popular burger—the Whopper.
Part of the proceeds from Dogpper sales will go to Petlove, the animal-protection nonprofit.
In 2019, Dogpper went on sale at Burger King’s Argentine unit. However, at that time there was no information about Dogecoin payments.
In 2020, Burger King in Venezuela began accepting cryptocurrencies.
