A vulnerability in Apple devices allows remote access to them. It potentially threatens cryptocurrency wallet users.
Apple has already released updates for iOS 14.4 and iPadOS 14.4. They are available for models starting with the iPhone 6s, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, and the seventh-generation iPod touch.
Pete Kim, Coinbase’s chief engineer, urged Apple users to urgently update the operating system to protect their cryptocurrency wallets.
⚠️ If you are using a mobile crypto wallet on an iOS device, be sure to update iOS as soon as possible! The update includes a fix for a remote arbitrary code execution vulnerability that may have been actively exploited.https://t.co/qyK9eygST4

In his words, there is no evidence that the vulnerabilities could have been exploited to target cryptocurrency users specifically.
Earlier, researchers identified a bug in iOS in March that allowed information to be stolen, including personal data.
