Bybit to participate in Blockchain Life 2021 conference.

Bybit’s head of communications Bybit, Ignes Terrenas, will speak as part of the business programme at the Blockchain Life 2021 forum in Moscow. This was announced in the blog of the crypto exchange.

The international forum Blockchain Life 2021 will take place on April 21 and 22 at the Music Media Dome venue in Moscow.

\n\n

Ignes Terrenas’s talk, \”Getting the Bull by the Horns,\” will take place on the first day of the conference. Ignes will discuss how blockchain is becoming part of traditional financial infrastructure and our everyday life.

\n\n

\”People who want to understand crypto trading are not only financial geeks. The community has noticeably expanded. In 2020, the number of users trading crypto derivatives doubled. The number of Russian-speaking traders on ByBit is now twice as large as the Spanish-speaking ones,\” — he comments.

\n\n

According to Ignes, alongside the development of the crypto industry, Bybit is seeing an inflow of Russian-speaking users to the exchange:

\”Over the last six months, the influx of users from Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Moldova has accelerated. In the first quarter of this year alone, the Russian-speaking audience of the platform grew by 66%,\” — he comments.

\n\n

The Bybit team will be at the corporate stand D2. They will host a trader contest with a prize pool of $10,000, as well as giveaways of bonuses and merchandise. All comers are welcome to participate.

\n\n

On April 22, the Blockchain Life Awards 2021 ceremony will take place. Bybit is nominated for the title of the best centralized cryptocurrency exchange. Vote for the company is open from April 1 to 16.

\n\n

In March, Bybit added perpetual USDT contracts for Cardano, Polkadot and Uniswap.
