Celsius Mining to Sell Equipment for $1.3 Million

The mining company Celsius Mining, a subsidiary of the crypto-lending platform Celsius Network, уведомила the bankruptcy court for the Southern District of New York about the sale of equipment.

According to the documents, Celsius Mining is selling 2,687 new MicroBT M30S devices for $1.3 million. The buyer is investment company Touzi Capital — it will cover all shipping costs.

“The debtors held negotiations with several brokers and market participants. As a result, the price offered by Touzi Capital was deemed the best bid,” the documents say.
