Chainstack launches on-chain data indexing solution

Chainstack has unveiled a tool for indexing data in blockchains — Subgraphs.

The technology supports 13 networks: Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Optimism, Arbitrum, Near Protocol, Aurora, Fantom, Gnosis, Harmony and Cronos.

Subgraphs extracts and organises information from the blockchain transaction history. The indexer enables tracking data from dapps, crypto exchanges, wallets, NFT-projects and gaming Web3-platforms.

The main advantage, developers say, is the speed of information processing. According to them, Subgraphs should be able to compete with industry leaders such as The Graph, Covalent and Dune Analytics.

The on-chain indicator will complement Chainstack’s existing toolkit. Representatives noted that users can also request a narrow data set directly through technical support if it is not listed.

In April, the blockchain data indexing platform Satsuma attracted $5 million in a seed round of funding.
