The CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, Changpeng Zhao, backed the idea proposed by one trader to delist coins with low liquidity.
A user going by the handle RookieXBT proposed that Binance drop coins whose daily trading volume does not exceed 10 BTC.

Some commentators argued that even low-liquidity assets bring Binance profit. Zhao joined the discussion, calling the idea sound.
“If you are on Binance and you still have no volume, then…”, wrote him.

One community representative cautioned the Binance CEO against such statements. In his view, this could spark market panic.
Be careful sir!

Earlier, Zhao touched on central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). He believes that in the early stages not all CBDCs will have the same freedom as Bitcoin.
