CoinCall to award 10,000 ETH in options to celebrate exchange launch

In early July 2023, CoinCall, a crypto-derivatives exchange, launched. To mark the occasion, the project team launched the Options Carnival contest with a prize pool of 10,000 ETH in options, according to the platform’s blog.

The Options Carnival will run until July 11. To participate:

The platform will credit 0.1 ETH in options for the first trade on the futures or options market. The user will receive a put option for opening a long futures position and a call option — for opening a short, a call option — for buying a put option, and vice versa.

Participants whose ranking numbers end in 7 will receive 0.6 ETH in options.

In addition, CoinCall will pay 0.1 ETH in options to a thousand random users who show activity on social media:

The organizers will distribute rewards within 5-14 business days after the event ends. Detailed terms of the promotion are on the site.

CoinCall — a Bahamas-registered crypto-derivatives exchange. The exchange does not custody client funds and uses the infrastructure of third-party custodial services Copper and Cobo.

“We strive to become the Robinhood of the cryptocurrency futures and options market, so we offer clients a simple trading interface that sets us apart from competitors like Deribit,” the CoinCall team said.

As a reminder, in June the aggregate trading volume on centralized cryptocurrency exchanges grew by 14.2%.
