
CoinGecko acquires NFT data provider Zash.
The CoinGecko data aggregator has acquired the NFT data provider Zash for an undisclosed sum.

“The acquisition of Zash will enable us to deliver information on interchangeable and non-fungible tokens seamlessly, in a single integrated offering. We strive to provide reliable and comprehensive cryptocurrency data,” the statement said.
By the second quarter of 2024, CoinGecko intends to index NFT data from 87 marketplaces, transaction histories, as well as information on “wash trading” and other data.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2021, Zash provides NFT data from 87 marketplaces across the Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain and Solana networks. As part of the acquisition, the startup’s team will join CoinGecko.
Earlier, Dapper Labs and Disney announced a mobile-focused NFT platform Pinnacle on the Flow blockchain.
