The analytics site CoinMarketCap has launched an initiative that lets users earn crypto assets by watching educational videos and participating in quizzes.

Under the program dubbed CoinMarketCap Earn, users will learn about a crypto project that has joined the initiative, and then receive tokens from that project as a reward for their knowledge.
Band Protocol is the first project to participate in the program. Tokens worth $160,000 will be distributed among users under the initiative.

Residents of Belarus, the Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, China, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the United States and Zimbabwe will not be able to participate in CoinMarketCap Earn.
In May, CoinMarketCap introduced new metrics for evaluating cryptocurrency exchanges.
