The solution is at the pilot-testing stage. The first client of VillageDAO will be ConsenSys’ Web3 wallet MetaMask. According to the statement, app users will receive support via a virtual conversational agent technology based on AI [Conversational AI] from LivePerson. The companies have been collaborating since 2021.
It is expected that the decentralised platform will expand brands’ ability to engage community members in customer care. VillageDAO will provide the necessary infrastructure and incentive mechanisms for this.
“We are committed to implementing the principles of decentralisation across all our operations, and customer service is a top priority. With VillageDAO we will reward community members for helping to improve engagement and educating participants across the entire Web 3.0 space,” said Dror Avieli, Vice President of ConsenSys.
Partners urged companies to join the platform. Registration will allow brands to designate experienced users as experts to provide community support through the new service.
Individual users will also have the opportunity to participate in VillageDAO as specialists.
As reported in March, ConsenSys raised $450 million following a Series D funding round valuing the company at $7 billion.
